Since it’s creation in 2004, Neil has held the role of Managing Director at MoneyDoctor Wealth Management. In his role as Managing Director, Neil’s leadership of the team revolves around delivering a first class service to clients of the business. Neil has over 30 years experience within Financial Services. During the last 20+ years he has provided bespoke financial planning to senior medical professionals.

His extensive knowledge of the NHS Pension scheme and constantly changing legislation he provides the team with an overall steer and guidance on all that is NHS! He has presented at many NHS based events providing complex solutions to large audiences. Neil combines his understanding of medical careers with creating highly personalised financial plans to meet the needs of his clients. In addition to managing the business, Neil works closely with Steve Brown in researching and construction of many of our ‘in house’ investment portfolios.

Neil lives in Solihull, West Midlands with his family. In his spare time, he follows a number of sports, including cricket, tennis, and football. For total relaxation Neil can be found sitting quietly on a Herefordshire riverbank fishing with his sons.

In 2004, having worked in financial services for 10 years, primarily with the medical profession, David took the decision to create a new business working with NHS based medical clients.

Working closely with his fellow directors, MoneyDoctor Wealth Management was created with a view to providing ‘trusted’ advice. Today, David continues to work closely with his clients as he provides bespoke wealth planning solutions and inter-generational financial planning. David feels immensely privileged to have worked so closely with his clients and their families over the last 20+ years, providing a level of job satisfaction few other careers can match!

David lives in South Warwickshire and is married with one son. Outside of work, David enjoys 5-a-side football, but has always had real passion for travel. Over the last 20 years the flexibility of the job has allowed him to travel throughout Europe and the USA, creating some amazing family memories.

Steve has been working in financial services since 1988, during which time he has gained extensive knowledge of the financial services sector through working with a wide variety of both personal and business clients. Working within the medical advice market since 1997 he saw the opportunity to create a highly specialised advice firm to cater for the needs of medical professionals.

As a valuable member of the MoneyDoctor leadership team, Steve builds a personal relationship with his clients and puts them at the heart of every decision. This enables Steve to have the ability to adapt and proactively modify the financial plans to suit the ever-changing financial landscape, because he knows his client’s objectives inside out! His approach remains friendly, to offer guidance and reassurance with a view of becoming your trusted long-term adviser.

Outside of a busy working week, Steve is usually spending time enjoying an active lifestyle, walking in the Peak District with his wife, and border terrier, Louie. With two very independent daughters, weekends include time aside for mountain biking in and around his home county of Nottinghamshire.

Tracey has worked in the Financial Services for 40 years.  During her career she has worked for both Insurance Companies and Independent Financial Advisers and has been with Money Doctor for a total of 13 years.

Tracey completed her examinations to become an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in September 1990 and became a Chartered Financial Planner in December 2005.  She has worked in numerous roles covering both corporate and personal financial planning.  Her specialty remains the pensions arena, with an in-depth knowledge of both Employer Pension Schemes and Personal Pension arrangements. Tracey’s expertise lies in her in-depth knowledge of the NHS pension.

Tracey is married and enjoys spending time with her 3 grown up children.  She practices Yoga, having taken this up around 30 years ago.  She always has a book on the go and is keen to keep up with current affairs.

Anne has over 30 years of experience working in Financial Services and has been with MoneyDoctor for 15 years.  Anne has worked as PA to Neil Wright, Managing Director during this time helping him manage his existing clients, and now she has additional responsibilities in the Business as Practice Manager including managing the MoneyDoctor Team as well as Compliance Manager for the business. Anne’s experience in both corporate and personal financial planning allows her to work closely with clients on a day-to-day basis.  Her speciality in compliance and regulatory processes allows her to provide leadership to the technical and administration teams. Anne is married with two grown-up children, in her spare time she spends much of her time with her family and doting on her granddaughter.
